Pilot Bear Raffle for Scholarship Fund

This limited edition pilot bear was raffled off before the April 2015 meeting to raise money for the scholarship fund.  Hal Carter won, but gave the bear to the prettiest girl in the room!  Great job Hal, you made one little girl very happy.

Raffle Winner Announced

The drawing for the Henry 22 rifle raffle from Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 1218, Willow Springs was held, Saturday, December 13.  The raffle was a fundraiser for the Jerry L. Smith Memorial Aviation Scholarship fund.  The rifle was provided by Chapter 1218 member Ron White.  The winning ticket drawn belonged to John White,  formerly of Jonesboro, AR and owner of Stoney Point Farm Hunting Preserve, Willow Springs.

Clint Allen in Matilda

Chapter 1218 Member Clint Allen performing in the "Wings, Waves, & Wheels" fly in Event in Midway, AR in June 2009.   Clint is still going strong and can be seen flying Matilda on sunny and clear days in the Ozarks.
